- Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit (or full payment if booking is close to departure date) may be required.
- The remaining balance (if any) should be paid by the deadline specified at the time of booking.
- If full payment is not received within the stipulated time, Flyshop reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and forfeit the deposit.
- Package Cost, Taxes & Surcharges
- Package prices are based on current costs of services (hotel, transport, meals, etc.). Taxes, fees, fuel / fuel-surcharge, currency fluctuations, or changes from suppliers may lead to price changes. Flyshop reserves the right to pass on such changes.
- Any discounts or promotional rates are only valid for new bookings and may not be applied to already confirmed bookings.
- Client Responsibility
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and other required travel documents are valid and up to date.
- Traveler must review booking details (names, dates, services) carefully. Flyshop will not be liable for errors due to incorrect information provided by the traveler.
- Itinerary, Services, and Modifications
- The itinerary provided at the time of booking is based on current availability. Circumstances beyond Flyshop’s control (for example supplier changes, airline/hotel availability, natural calamities) may require modifications to hotels, transport, schedules, or other services.
- In case of such changes, Flyshop will try to offer an alternative of similar standard or notify you as soon as possible.
- If a major part of the package cannot be provided, you will be offered a substitute package or full refund (subject to conditions).
- Liability & Disclaimer
- Flyshop acts as a facilitator between suppliers (hotels, airlines, transporters, activity providers) and travelers. For any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by suppliers (or external factors beyond Flyshop’s control), Flyshop will not be held liable.
- Travelers must follow all safety instructions. Flyshop and its suppliers are not responsible for injuries, accident-related costs, or travel disruptions due to your negligence, force majeure, or third-party actions.
- Flyshop does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Travel Insurance
- It is strongly recommended (and may be mandatory for some packages) that travelers carry comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, cancellations, loss/theft of belongings, and other contingencies.
- In case of medical emergencies, Flyshop may assist with arrangements but any costs incurred will be borne by the traveler / their insurance, not by Flyshop.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with booking and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
- No agent, employee, or representative of Flyshop has the authority to alter or waive any term of this agreement unless explicitly agreed in writing by authorized signatory of Flyshop.
